The main idea of new decontamination equipment proposed in this paper is connected with the rotation of contaminated fluid by screw channels for pathogens moving between the elements of quarts metamaterial penetrated by ultraviolet C radiation. In order to improve the decontamination rate, the space between two quarts tubes was filled up with fibers having a helical wounded on the first cylinder. The efficiency of the decontamination rate as a function of the applied velocity of the fluid was demonstrated. The similar screw channels were observed when the contaminated fluid flows between the spherical elements of metamaterials. The rotation radius has the order of quartz bubbles used in experiment.
