Good Governance is basically a popular word which acquired eminence in 21st century, with advancement of technology. It is basically a powerful tool for the betterment of human civilization. It is a best friendly phenomena that end the gap between the state and his stakeholder’s .In the other hand bad or poor governance creates the conflicts and problems for the people of state and it also creates the disrupting in the development and state.
